My complaint:
My house was broken into and my cards were stolen i lived in a small town. I produced police report, they caught person and he still had my drivers license on him. They denied my claims because the card was used at some of the same places i used . There is only so many places you can sho in a small town and i was in jail so it was impossible for me to use the card. I need this resolved its not fair to not grant my fraud dispute because of who i am.
Suggested solution:
Grant my fraud case. The police report states what happened. This is not right. I am legally protected by federal law when it comes to bank fraud and getting my money back.
