My complaint:

My house was broken into and my wallet was stolen the man was caught still in possession of the contents of my wallet I submitted all of the evidence the police reports to Direct Express they refuse to reimburse my money even though the police report clearly states that he was in possession of the contents of my wallet upon arrest at the current time I was indisposed and I thought there was no way I could have been around there
