My complaint:

I have my account with this company for almost 5 years I have recently have one year that I cannot get no money out of my account due to the fact that I lost my credit card and debit card I lost my ID social security birth certificate anything associated with my identity I tried to call my bank so I can get another bank card and they refused to send me another card without me sending them my ID I am recently homeless and I cannot get no money out of my bank account I really need my money and I have no way of getting my ID my birth certificate or any of my documents without my money which is holding in y’all’s Bank I’m I’m very very upset with this company I would like to talk to his supervisor as your earliest convenience my phone number is 2109808354 I would like the supervisor to call me personally and let me know situation to resolve this situation

Suggested solution:

If you cannot help me I will take legal action to resolve this situation . We are in a crisis right now due to the covid-19 you must understand that I am homeless right now and I really need my money thank you for your time I'll be waiting for your phone call sincerely Charlotte Mata
