My complaint:

I received a letter 2 days ago saying I need to verify who I am. I called yesterday to do that. She asked for e-mail and phone number. She said they didn’t match. I said ok ask me my security question where I was born or my mother’s maiden name? She said no I had to fax my DL and other stuff. So I did. Spent all day calling to verify you had received. ALL DAY CANT GET THROUGH. Call back 4:30 this morning they tell me my fax isn’t legible it was sent by the post office. So now I’m required to go back to post office and try again. Meanwhile my rent gets later and later!! GIVE ME MY MONEY!!!!
