My complaint:

on feb 1 2021 i was suppose to receive my ssi check and i didnt i called direct express they told me they suspended my card and put a high fraud on it i waited till the end of the month for my new card i got new card however its a new month and i went to atm to try to retrieve my money it says there was 793 on my card but atm will not dispense funds it says i have zero balance… I need my money to live thats the only way i live and pay bills i filed all paerwork for dispute they denied it and said conflict of information

i need my 2 months of income that i lost i cant pay rent and am probably gonna be evicted otherwise
