My complaint:

Wed the 1st of july i payed my cell phone bill using the card.i went to the atm at pnc bank on 73rd stony island o withdrew $500 dollars and put the card back n my wallet that evening i decided to check my balance and it showed that money was taking by cash appshoota 8 times thensq neyoh wheatle 3 times mind you i dont even have cash app or know what the above mentioned is..i thought back to when i went to the atm their was 2 cars there one was at the atm the other appeared to be waiting to use the atm the car that was in the atm pulled back and was leaving the other car followed my suspicion is at this time a skimming device may have been placed on the atm.i contacted direct exspress lady told me i had to wait 3 to 5 days to dispute the transactions.i then called pnc bank Thursday morning to make a complaint.today july 3rd i was contacted by pnc representative which stated they were going to have that atm serviced.the thieves took $40 dollars of my card through their cash app.if didnt get up on go get the rest off the card they would have stole all my money!!i i then cancelled the direct exspess card ordering a new one.i would appreciate if you all would get my $40 dollars back to me at your earliest convenience.

They should find out who cash app shoota issq neyoh wheatle and prosecute them for fraud and theft and give me the money that was taken off my card
