My complaint:
I was arrested March 2015 and was incarcerated until June 2020 upon going to the ssa to reinstate my benefits I was told that I would have to pay back two months of deposited money that I didn’t spend or benefit from so I disputed ALL the transactions and sent them certified records showing I was in prison when the charges were made they denied my claim said there was conficting info but won’t tell me what it was I can’t be in two places at once
Suggested solution:
Give ssa the money back they don't have to give me a dime just give it to the social security administration because they are taking money out of my check and I can't afford to live
