My complaint:
Merchant unauthorized charge to my card. Direct express denied because of conflicts.
That was my grocery money.
The merchant had my info from previous payment I made for my daughter. My daughter called and gave them her card info. Her card did not go thru, so they decided to use my card without authorization.
Suggested solution:
They should have reversed the charge back to my card. Direct express did not explain their reasoning.
I need my money back. I do not have a account with creditor!
