My complaint:

All of my money was taken from my account. I was told they sent a new card to an address in Florida I told them it wasn’t me but they issued the card any way the next day they went to 2 banks and a grocery store and wiped out over 1900 dollars in one day in Miami Florida clearly felony fraud. There answer was that I would have to file a dispute that could take up to 45 to 90 days that’s been 10 days ago and I haven’t received any papers There methods should be investigated I’m desperately in need of my money Help please!
