someone was wrongfully using my card and I feel I should be reimbursed if I have already sent in all the paperwork and did what I had to do

I’ve waited on the phone for more than an hour or two I’ve I was hung up on so many times this is this has been since October 1st that the first transaction to November 7 no resolution they told me it takes 90 days it’s been more than 90 days and I don’t even want to call him back because like I said they keep me on the phone too long and then they hang up on me
