Direct Express complaint: Recovering my money after fraudulent use of my Direct Express debit card

My complaint:

I am mentally ill and was in an institution for 14 months. My husband found out he had pancreatic cancer when I was in the institution and he also died while I was in. I get out to reapply for my Social Security Disability benefits and they tell me that they overpayed me and my money is on my Direct Express Card. Well when my husband died I have no idea where my personal belongings are or my purse with everything in it. That includes debit cards, drivers license and social security card. And someone got a hold of my purse and drained me of 1220.00. I sent proof I was in an institution and filled out a dispute form. Well I get the mail the other day and basically they are refusing to give me my money back. The fraudsters also ruined my credit and accessed all my accounts and compromised them. Now I’m homeless still. I needed that money to put a roof over my head. I have Bi Polar and is schizophrenic and I have no where to hide and am just thrown among strangers and when I have episodes in public it’s embarrassing. please help. I’ve contacted ABC news and the BBB. Someone has to help me please.

Suggested solution:

I just want my money refunded cuuz it's the only right thing to do. I have so much proof that it wasn't me. I can't download files cuz there is a lot. Can I email it. Please contact me. SOS
