My complaint:

Direct express sent my debit card 15 times to an address in Maryland after being in contact with them numerous times. It started in June when I lost my card, the card was sent to a address in Maryland where they entered a pin and took 268.00 dollars the rest of money I had for that month to survive on. Then I finally received another card without any money on it. Then in late august for some reason they shut my card down saying I changed my address which of course I didn’t. (I’ve been living at same address now for 23 years). I’ve never left Massachusetts to travel anywhere in years. So now, again they shut down my card and sent a new one to the address in Maryland where they entered a pin and took my whole social disability check for over 900.00 dollars which I’ve never got back from direct express. I filed against them but they told me the court on nov 30th it would be unlikely to ever get my money. I’m asking how I can go about getting my money from them. I have every card they sent to me saying if I didn’t change my address around 10 of them, screenshots how long I’ve been on phone, filed a complaint to them told me it wasn’t fraud after getting back to me after the 90 days was up I had to call them again , I have some of the tracking numbers, I filed a police report I’ve done just about everything and have evidence. So could you please help me it’s not fair to me I’m struggling to live as it is!
