My complaint:
I have tried to sign in on-line It says I have to re register my card I have tried to do that several times. It comes up that DirectExpress is having trouble with the app. being transferred to a different app but I can’t talk to a human The only thing I can find out is the balance on my card I need to see all my transactions. Other than this you guys are doing a great job I like having DirectExpress cause I can’t get an overdraft Thank you for your service
