My complaint:

I I lost my grandson’s card and called Direct Express for a new one they started asking me random questions that did not pertain to me I got everything wrong… they are rude disrespectful I gave them every answer that I could give them and they still will not release the card to me or send it to the bank that I provided to them so on that note I will be getting a hold to the Attorney General’s office if I can’t get help from you guys thank you very much for listening.

Suggested solution:

Stop asking questions that don't pertain to people send the card send a check put it in the bank I don't care just please get my grandson's money he has to get ready to start school
