Direct Express complaint: Withholding my card which is withholding money I need for my child

My complaint:

I had to change my address. I don’t have a utility bill. Social security provided a letter of benefits with my updated info. I also provided a bank statement with my updated address. They are saying they need an MOU from social security and I’ve spoken to social security call center as well as people I. The Lindenhurst and Mineola offices and no one knows what it is. Direct express is giving me a hard time when social security is not and they’re the ones providing the money however I can’t get it because direct express won’t send a new card or let me in my online banking to transfer the funds to another one of my accounts. They are literally holding my money hostage.

Suggested solution:

To transfer my money to one of my other accounts immediately. I need my money for over a month now. My daughter had no diapers. I literally have rags tied on her. I can’t buy food or anything.
