My complaint:
For the last 5 months I’ve been trying to get my funds from them I have done everything they’ve asked I have sent in the information yet to be told every single month I’m sorry that’s not going to work I’m sorry that’s not going to work I went and got my ID I have taken buses I have gotten rides I am literally living homeless cuz they will not release my money I have showed them my ID my state ID still they won’t not do it I need help
Suggested solution:
They need to have the verification people get in there and verify my ID and see that it is not expired like they said it was and then they need to release my funds I need my card and my funds please
