Direct Express complaint: Access to money

My complaint:

I am not able to get an access to my money. My ID expired during the pandemic and I can’t get a new one. According to the governor of Ohio order ID should be considered valid but DirectExpress does not accept it.I ended up on the street because my card is not activated. I am desperate and hungry.

Suggested solution:

Accept my ID and restore an access to my account
