My complaint:
Made a purchase with my direct express card. But I cancelled order, but once I started checking to see were my refund was, after alot of calls and emails, I found out company was trying to send the refund, but direct express has a block on my card for that company. Now after over two weeks, still no refund, and I was told that there was no way the block will be lifted. The company suggest they life the block just long enough so they can send it through. I was told there is no way. HELP ME PLEASE
Suggested solution:
Let the refund though. Because if the block is on the purchase should of never went through.
