Direct Express complaint: REFUND FRAUDULANT UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENTS

My complaint:

I had a fraudulent company take a payment from my account, even after I noticed it. The payment was pending, and they ould not stop authorization for payment, and also when I asktold them they have not authorized any further payments from my account, as the company is FRAUDULENT I was reassured they would not be able to take any more money out of my account.! Five days later, they authorized another unauthorized, and when I sent in my complaint form, they already decided that payment, for a much larger amount, was authorized????? It wasn’t authorized by me but by them, and by the time the complaint form was faxed to them within the 10 Day time period, they already made their decision, and they straight-up lying, by stating I authorized this payment, I didn’t authorize them, they did. Now they refuse to give me nack the payments that they were very aware of as fraudulent.

Suggested solution:

They should reimburse the money back to my account,
