My complaint:
I filed 2 disputes with direct express about 2 different what I believe are scams that took money out of my account. Both times I didn’t get the paperwork from direct express in time to fill them out and send them back within 10 days
Suggested solution:
I'd like my money back and if they give 10 days to have paperwork filled out they need to make sure they send it so it can be done
