Direct Express complaint: Can’t use my card fix it please

My complaint:

I have been trying to send money to my sister n law all morning and it was giving me trouble Friday linking my card so yesterday it finally linked. Did one transaction on cash app and today it won’t let me do anymore. It keeps saying invalid card. I even tried to add the cash to cash app and link another card that works when it’s supposed to and do my transactions that way it declined it. Don’t understand why I have the money and I know all the purchases that are made not like in January when I had a fraud incident happen and I was out of luck. So people can take your money and nothing but I’m trying to pay bills and whatnot and can’t use my card this happens all the time I don’t get it. Works when it wants to can’t transfer the money can’t go on no sites to do nothing. I can’t go to an ATM since I have two special needs children. So direct Express I’m going to be stuck with no money today until I get through to a representative that will actually help. How am I supposed to wipe my bottom since I’m out of toilet paper and can’t use my money and I called like 3 times and on a Sunday high call volume I have to try my call later and it hangs up. It’s no better with cash app there probably my next complaint they are useless and don’t help resolve this issue either. So how are we going to fix this Direct Express stop hiding under the desks and answer your calls. I need to use my card and don’t have a vehicle or anyway to get to an ATM with my kids.

Suggested solution:

They first need to stop having people on hold forever when they call to resolve an issue or hang up like it is now. It's like I'm stuck for now or until later or tomorrow it will work again. I need my card to work where it's supposed to and when it's supposed to. I'm not at a limit I monitor my account very closely I'm not doing fraud on myself especially the money I was sending I have already done a handful of times before it was good. I'll let you know if there is a fraud incident with me because nothing will get done anyways and the card didn't do this to them. I should be able to transfer money or whatnot to another card. They need to be more professional especially when people are struggling financially out here. I need to get my bills paid to doing this when I can use it and when I can or when you are going to link the card or not can't happen you can put someone in a pickle. Hopefully something gets done soon.
