I have been trying to reach a live person since Aug 3rd. I have held for over an hour Everytime I try. I can not log into my acct because of old password I can’t remember, then I texted to set a new password and it keeps going to patperks. Help I am desperate to reach some help. Can I have a paper statement sent to my home address is 720 Ottawa apt 232 Leavenworth, Kansas 66048. Please help me.
