My complaint:
Direct express customer service representative sent my new card to a person in East St Louis Illinois and the person used the new card to withdraw my adopted daughters benefits she receives from her mother’s death. On Jan 3rd 2022.
Suggested solution:
By putting the full amount back on the card and checking the information that is was never changed to the card holders information and address was changed. A personal passcode should also be provided when someone calls in to change a person's information.
