My complaint:
My card was working all weekend until Monday- 100322. I tried ordering from Amazon and it declined the order. I then tried to pay a bill and it still did not work. Then I tried transferring the money to my other bank account and i never received it. I am now on hold with them for an hour. I spoke to one lady and she said she’s going to transfer me. Am still on hold as I type this. This is ridiculous

By answering the phones, hiring more people for customer service
