Direct Express complaint: Missing August 2022 payment

My complaint:

My card expired in August and I did not receive my August payment of $1600. I have made well over a hundred calls to Direct Express to try and get that money back but each time I call I am put on hold and no one answers, or I am hung up on. I need to have my August payment. I am requesting to have my August 2022 payment in check form. I have tried going to the Social Security office but I am told that my money is with Direct Express and there is nothing else to do. Please help.
