My complaint:
Was sent my new card but would not work.told them to send another over 30 days have past no card .dont want to talk about it on phone.have called many times.i have a strategy for dealing with them.if you know of locations of there call centers email at charleswmarcum@gmail
Suggested solution:
They should send new card by priority mail.one that works.tired of the run around.may have to do some geo tracking through detectives.
