My complaint:

I switched my onto one of their cards. I had changed my information before I received the card. Still sent it to the the wrong address and then I had to pay $13.50 just to get it at the correct address. I received the card, I just can’t activate it. I’m being asked to prove who I am in order to activate the card.I don’t know if I will be able to pay my rent in time. If I get evicted I will sue them. That’s a promise…

Suggested solution:

Activate my card. They have everything they asked of me.
