My complaint:
I just recently got the dispute papers but I had everything ready to faxed over instead I also have the phone calls history of me calling and requesting these dispute papers I got a hold of some of the people that we’re taking money off my card I had talk to no one’s taking money off my card 3 of them replace the money back on my card I had 4 more transactions. That still need to go back onto my card I just learned the one for ❌$115 was just recently put back on my card Direct Express sent it back they also sent back the ❌$89. 87 they sent the ❌$105 that I got and they sent back the 39.99 7
When I called and talked to every single one of these people that took money out of my account I explained that $6.95 November 1st it was supposed to Be a free trial periodod 30 days. of some medication to help you lose weight. I got billed $9.95 November 1st I haven’t even received the weight loss pills it was a trial period of 30 days if I lost weight and I like them I could order them for $89.97 I got bills. November 23rd so I did not even get a trial period of 30 days and then all sudden all these other charger start coming in also and I talked to a lady and she said what it is is a third party going once my card is out there it’s Free Willy to whoever wants to grab so I have another charges of $115 November 11th, November 18th $105 then my next charges change December 7 for the 39. 97 I’m going to December 16th 16 for $58.84. Then there was another charge of $39.99 I spent Hours on the phone talking with these companies trying to get my money back most of them were pretty decent about it and apologized and now you guys are giving them the money back are you guys insane???
Suggested solution:
Put my money back on my card give me back my credit. You can obviously tell these fake accounts. I even got one email stating they couldn't charge my card but yes they did I have more proof to send you but I'm only allowed to send one picture.
