My complaint:
We are on hold about and hour when we reach an agent nothing is solved amazon prime was paid twice I have found no one to solve this matter and the mobile app is not letting me set up and account because it’s saying I don’t have internet I do have internet but no one can help me solve this matter
Suggested solution:
By returning the money I was over charged or at least let me file a claim and find out why the mobile app is not working properly I have internet it's saying I don't
