My complaint:
My card declined I called the number on back of card several times kept telling me there is to many calls then disconnected me. Finally after 2 hours a person answered said I called the wrong department she would transfer me . Again on hold for another hour. The lady answered said she would take the block off my card but I need to wait 2 hours before I can use my card. Its now over 8 hours card still declines. And I can’t get ahold of them. This is bullshit.!!!
Suggested solution:
They should unblock my dam card like they were suppost to.
