My complaint:
I call an did a dispute against this company because money was taken from my card that I did not authorize an a investigation was done they claim they didn’t find no Fraudulent activity but when I called they told me my card was cloned at a ATM twice that’s not right for money to be taken from my disabled son an as said their is nothing that can be done about it this should be handled better than this it is sad
Suggested solution:
They should refund my son money back I haven’t taken anything from his card whomever did this is wrong in both the company and the one who stole from him
