My complaint:
I had to order a new card. Placed order January 11. Did not receive and called several times . Recorded answer said should be here on Jan 27. They would hang up and say too many calls. Finally got through on February 8,22 . Representative said card would come to house in 2 day express. This is the end of 3 rd business day and no card. This is costing me late fees with all my bills.
Suggested solution:
Get my direct deposit card to me and have them pay my late charges. If I can get my card I am changing to a local bank as not being able to get to them is a usual action for them.
