Direct Express complaint: Lost card no delivery they never answer phones

My complaint:

I called to get replacement card on first of January 2022. Automated no live person. And it said will mail card. Never had this happen. A live person asks security questions and address and option of how delivery. I wanted 2day ups. Anyways then phone hu
ng up. I was stunned what is going on. It’s been 11 days and called every day. Just to get high volume of calls . And call later. Where is my SSI check. I have no money for 11days this month.i still haven’t received it

Suggested solution:

Answer phone and find out where my card is. Or send me 2day delivery free now
