My complaint:
My card was cloned I filed a dispute went to NYPD was given a detective they wiped out my savings everything I had! They said fax your paperwork in within 10 days I tried and it went through I called them since they sent no received receipt and they continued to say they didn’t get it call back they said. My savings and living money was wrapped up on this card I have NOTHING they didn’t even flag the high $$ Amount the thieves took but they freeze my card if I try to take out 300$ wtf is going on, I have been begging for money since this happened I have talked to direct express 3 times a day, though I got my dispute papers I never received my new card and it’s the first I’m broke with no card or hope they do not care they don’t listen they need to be sure!
Suggested solution:
Put the money back on my damn card since they are at fault for not flagging that all the money in my account is gone. 15 years I never pulled more than 300 $$ social security should remove them from. Approved cards and a lawsuit should be filed.
