My complaint:
Had fraudulent charges the minute money hit my account! Reported it immediately but while it was pending they would not stop it! Now it’s been a month but I haven’t seen my money. Called back and they are blaming the mail being slow in a pandemic on me now as well!! They won’t let me speak to the so called investigator but only tell me it can take 2 more months and then I might get my money back!! Its bull crap I depend on my money and it should not take 90 days to get it back!! From what I learned I may never get it back. They should stop praying on the old, sick, desperate, dependable, people like us and return money in a timely fashion or better yet stop allowing the fraud!!

That's pretty easy return my money and not take 3 months to even look at my case! They would be just as mad if somebody had stolen from their mom or grandmother. Get off their ass and do their job!!
