My complaint:

Direct Express mailed a card to an address I do not live at I was at the ATM machine talking with an agent when I discovered I could not use it my card we agreed something was wrong she said she would stop the card the money was in the account but the breach was successful after me and the agent discovered it. While the money was still in the bank
