My complaint:
I called direct express on 01272021 about why I didn’t receive my card ending in 9848 expired on 01312021. I’m still waiting for my card and they missed up my card ending 5186 so I have no card to buy food or pay my rent. I called the local Social Security and had my benefits to be transferred to another account. Is there a way you can help with this?
