My complaint:
Do your self a favor and please do not do business with Direct Express. Horrible to deal with. They don’t call as promised after the kick you off the site and lock it even though they guarantee that you will. They continously suspend you’re account even when i called and asked the correct procedure followed it and was still suspended. After 2 hours on hold everytime they still lie to you. They also have rude representatives that basically will hang up in your ear when their done but your not. Been 7 years i stuck with them and its been nothing but torture. I’m done with it!!!!!!!!!

They are disgusting they allowed someone to drain my account of May and higher stimulus check within two hours direct of hundreds of dollars at 7:11’s drag shops and Wayne reach and they have done everything in their power to make it difficult for me to get my money back
