My complaint:
Dear Direct Express Corporate President of Direct Express, I am Brenda Lou Pitts Bennett DOB 05071954 last 4 ‘s of SS is 6222. I am so angry at ur Online Direct Express employee at about 10: 45 PM who wld NOT help me! I sent my ID card, Birth Cert, SS card all to prove I am me so that they wld send me a new card because someone stole mine. they told me they promised if ID buy me a birth cert they wld give me a new card but ur employee told me tonight that because my birth cert has my maiden name on it that she can’t use it for my ID remember I emailed more than just a birth cert. I told her that last week her Co workers didn’t cause me any troubles because they have the common sense to know that ppl are gonna grow up marry get a different last name. even my ID has my maiden name with my married last name rat after my maiden name. now u got my point I’m sure! I have had to pay for a birth cert as they requested told me that’s all I need everybody that works for u says something different! Tim beginning to wonder if they’re all on meth. they are completely
not organized. can’t u do something to help? i do want my card protected but that’s why I believed the birth cert was good idea but now they’re being ignorant!!
