Direct Express complaint: Need My Damn Card!

My complaint:

First : I ordered a replacement card in December of last year-2020. Later, a customer service rep. told me my card had been mailed to a Garner, NC. address on 122220. However, I never ordered a card to that address, because I live in Raleigh, NC. Now, I am told that my latest card was mailed out on 12821. It was further stated that I will receive my new card, mailed to my address at 203 W. Johnson St., in 5 to 10 calenders days. However, today is saturday. Day number 9. And still no card!!!!!!

Suggested solution:

Get a Damn Direct Express money card in my hands, ASAP!! I've had no access to my account since November of 2020.
