Direct Express complaint: Stealing get a lawyer

My complaint:

Someone took money off my card, and i had to call and get a new one. On June 1 2021 i called they said to wait 15 business calendar days before calling back. I waited until June 30 and called again about not received my card. They tell me there is nothing they can do about that but issue me another card with expedited shipping. They never gave me tracking number and never told me i had to pay for it also. They charged me 20.00 for another card and shipping for 2 business days. I should of received my card by July 2 2021. Never showed. And now here it is on the 6 of July 2021 and i have called them back and now they are saying direct express has 2 companies and the one I’m calling is the wrong one. So i get sent multiple times to the other side of direct express. You cant get anyone in the line. Their automated system hangs up on you. You never speak to a live person. They will blatantly blame you for not getting your card. So i called SSA and they told me they were lying and to call back to them and speak to a supervisor. I called back and the supervisor told me that there was nothing she can do. I HAVE ALL OF THESE PHONE CALLS ON RECORDING, SO WHEN I TALK TO A LAWYER, THIS PLACE CANT SAY WE NEVER SAID IT. GOVERNMENT KNEW THIS WAS GOING ON AND SIGNED ANOTHER 5 YEARS. Get a bank account asap. They will steal your benefits from you and then tell you it’s your fault.

Suggested solution:

Return the money they took from me to get my card expedited shipping which it wasn't. Give me a card free and they pay for shipping and i actually receive it.
