My complaint:
My June Deposit was fraudulently used. I contacted Direct Express and I also contacted Google since the transactions were through Google. They informed me the transactions were made out of Mexico. I have spent a bit of money faxing all forms to Direct Express, many many hours being transferred andor put on hold until phone died. I received a letter today stating their investigation findings showed that the transactions were authorized. What? They absolutely were not. There is no way their findings resulted in that conclusion. I am beyond upset. I do not know what to do. They need to continue investigating andor hire more competent employees. It is almost impossible to reach a human which just adds to the frustration.
Suggested solution:
Direct Express needs to do more investigating and then return the money that was FRAUDULENTLY taken out of my account.
