My complaint:
I have over $5K in BS charges on my card. My claim was denied. I’ve called over 100 times. I’ve asked for dispute resolutions paperwork I have received Nothing.
The websites that took that money are now gone.
I believe direct e press is involved.
Who uses snail mail anymore. There call station does everything it can to make excuses, lie to you, hangups on you just tell you what you need to hear….It all BS lies. I’m contacting the attorney general in my state.Contacting FDIC to file a formal complaint.
Eventually file a lawsuit against direct express.
Direct Express helped these sleazy websites steal $5K for me.
This needs to stop. Direct Express needs to be stopped a criminal investigation needs to be started.
Suggested solution:
Refund my $5000. Send me the paperwork I've been asking for.
Hire competentknowledgeable employees at D.E.call center.
Tell your call center employees to stop lying do there actual job.
Dispute resolutions is a joke a money making scam!
