My complaint:

$109 was taken off my card I did not authorize and direct Xpress lies said they would put it back on in 10 days during investigation I call everyday they keep putting me off saying still under investigation I filed filled out the fraud forms and they had all this on the 8th of March so it’s been over 10 days because of this I am going hungry
