Direct Express complaint: Card reported lost wS not cut off

My complaint:

Direct express denied my claim to replace money stolen from my card which was taken out February 4th 2020 !! The investigators have put in for search warrant however I called and reported this card lost almost 2 weeks before money was stolen they have denied my claim

Suggested solution:

Local law enforcement has police reports they did not mail.me the paperwork to turn in police reports
According to.law enforcement per fisc laws because I reported it lost before money was stolen they are automatically liable to refund money stolen because by their mistake they did not turn the card off as they are supposed to when you report it missing they apogi,ed for not correctly discontinuing the card reported lost
