My complaint:

I lost my card on Jan 23, 2021. I called Direct Express and because I had a different phone number (due to theft) a supervisor told me to contact Soc Security for an MOU! I did that- called today for a replacement card – was on hold 45 minutes – was transferred to Supervisor Diana and explained to her that I am disabled – have no income except my social security benefits and I’m homeless! I cannot access my January and February benefits. She was rude and disconnected me on purpose! I don’t know what to do. This is MY MONEY AND I CANT ACCESS IT! I’m starving –

Send me my replacement card!
