My complaint:
I need a replacement card . The chip on the card is chipped. I just want a replacement. I am being told I have to cancelled the card and wait for an other. This is for stolen or lost cards with every other company. I just want a replacement. With my past experience I don’t trust Direct Express to handle this simple request without messing everything up and using us a deli in gettingSS benefits I was told the only other way to get a new card was the wait for the expiration date which is 8312024 date w. This is ridiculous

new card without cancelling out the one I have a nd to have to wait for a new one.
All the above is true and DX is a thief’s, rude, negligent to costumers They treat us as retarded or liars. We suffer losses because of them.
