My complaint:
Old card canceled new card activated merchant tied to refund old card you declined they will not refund the new card I want my refund I will take both to the bbb already complaint on netstreamers very rude to me I’m the customer not idiot
Suggested solution:
Accept my refund on old account which last week I was told possible now this week not check notes on my account I used to be a collector saved all history and hold time with you is bad
