Direct Express complaint: They won’t send me a replacement debit card

My complaint:

I reported my Direct Express debit card lost almost 3 months ago and Direct Express Direct Express will not send me a replacement debit card. As a result, I have not enable to access the funds in my account social security keeps depositing social security keeps depositing my monthly check into my direct express account which totals over $5,000 now yet I don’t have two cents in my pocket and can’t pay rent can’t buy food can’t buy cigarettes can’t buy anything. When I called Direct Express to get a replacement card they wanted me to send in a copy of my ID which was lost along with my debit card.. a manager there told me that I could send in a copy of my birth certificate and social security card which I did and Direct Express still will not send me a replacement debit card so I can access the funds in my account even though I sent in the requested documents one representative told me that they were declined because I didn’t send them back of the documents well another representative told me that they were declined because I didn’t include a case number which by the way was never given to me I did as requested 0 and sent the requested documents however Direct Express claims that there is fraudulent activity on my account which is quite surprising because I didn’t report any fraudulent activity and to my knowledge not a single person has had access to my account not even me. As a result of direct expresses refusal to send me a replacement debit card so I can access my money I have been forced to become homeless as I have no money to pay for any shelter and and since I have no money for food I have to depend on food banks and soup kitchens and since I had no money to buy cigarettes if I wish to smoke I find myself picking up half smoke cigarettes from the ground Direct Express took it upon themselves to put my account in the fraud department when there was no report by me of any fraudulent activity on my account I need to access the over $5,000 that sits in my Direct Express accounts they are making interest daily off the money in my account I can’t even close the account because I have to go through social security I’m 68 years old and it’s not conducive to an old man’s health both physical mental emotional and spiritual to be on the streets homeless Direct Express you’re a bunch of trucks and you’re going to pay for what you’ve been putting me through.

Suggested solution:

Direct Express can overnight me a replacement debit card so I can access the funds in my account or overnight me a check for the funds in my account, so I can afford to rent an apartment or at least get a motel and get off the streets and stop being homeless and hungry
