My complaint:

i have been dealing with dispute that was just submitted on the 17th of this but i first filed it on th3 4th of aug.. but the rep. didnt file it. $183.54 was charged from a hotel i sent all my paper work i had to fax because your lazy rep thats sitting at home due to covid 19 didnt send it. i am on a monthly income i am disabled. $183 is a lot of money to me . there are bills that i couldnt pay. all last week i was put on hold for hours, phone hung up in my face. and still no provisionall credit. thanks for caring Direct express
